Associate General Counsel, Litigation

Lead Motive’s litigation strategy and manage the company’s litigation function, partnering with legal and business leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Security, and Finance. Own complex disputes across IP, trade secrets, marketing, and Lanham/competitor matters, guiding matters from pre-suit assessment through TROs, discovery, motions, trial, settlement, and appeals. Select and manage outside counsel, budgets, and staffing while building a scalable team and operating model informed by an AI-first mindset.
