Lead Infant Montessori Teacher

Lead a mixed-age infant classroom (0–3) in a Montessori environment by preparing and maintaining a calm, orderly, child-centered space. Observe infants closely to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development while respecting natural rhythms for sleep, eating, and toileting. Encourage independence through care activities, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with classroom team members to create a respectful community.
