Senior Manager, Payroll

Oversee weekly payroll delivery for multi-state U.S. and multi-province Canadian populations, ensuring accurate processing across biweekly, weekly, and semi-monthly cycles. Lead and mentor a payroll team of 24 while managing performance, customer service, and continuous improvements. Own reporting and internal control/SOX compliance, coordinate with HR and Accounting to resolve issues, and support process development and change management.
