Serve as a subject matter expert across web, network, cloud, or mobile vulnerabilities, handling complex escalations and appeals. Drive operational excellence through metrics, automation, and process improvements while planning and balancing team workloads. Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and advise leadership and customers with sound technical judgment.
