Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by leading by example on the sales floor.
  • •Inspire and coach associates to generate clientele and maximize customer retention through sustained engagement and relationships.
  • •Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain extraordinary feedback scores through NPS.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy and controls via regular cycle counts and tracking receiving/removal and BOH fulfillment metrics.
  • •Support loss prevention, weekly workflow, merchandising presentation standards, and provide real-time feedback to store leadership.
