  • •Define portfolio-level research strategies with measurable success criteria.
  • •Lead multi-team, multi-method research programs and identify cross-domain insights that influence long-term product direction.
  • •Develop advanced personas, journey architectures, and ecosystem maps used across teams.
  • •Apply agentic AI to build repeatable insight pipelines, quality controls, and automate synthesis.
  • •Partner with Research Operations on governance, frameworks, panel strategy, vendor selection, and tooling decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in a related field (other degree/experience combinations considered).

  • •Ability to architect insight frameworks, research operations models, and standards.
  • •Experience managing complexity and ambiguity at scale, coaching senior researchers, and communicating data-backed insights to senior leadership.
