Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience building and shipping high-performance systems (e.g., game engines, real-time simulation, robotics, AR/VR).
  • •Deep proficiency in C++ and the ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable code in large codebases.
  • •Hands-on experience building at least one production real-time 3D system (e.g., mesh/geometry processing, LOD, rendering, asset pipelines, or GPU/client performance).
  • •Experience diagnosing performance tradeoffs across CPU/GPU time, memory, loading latency, visual quality, and frame-time stability on constrained platforms (especially mobile).
  • •Proven ability to drive work end-to-end in ambiguous situations and collaborate across teams to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
