Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • •Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend controls
  • •Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to HSE teams, contractors, and stakeholders and develop HSE training programs
  • •Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics, liaise with regulatory agencies and clients, and prepare HSE reports and documentation

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant HSE experience
  • •Strong knowledge of HSE management principles, risk assessment and management, and construction practices
  • •Experience working with third-party contractors to build and run an effective HSE program
  • •Knowledge of international and local HSE legislation and integrated management systems
  • •Knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001, plus ERP knowledge preferably SAP
