Lead Construction Engineer – Scaffolding, Insulation and Painting

Oversee scaffolding, insulation, and painting construction activities on a full-time, Mon–Fri site-based project. Lead EPC and PCC contractors through installation, inspection, testing, turnover, mechanical completion, and client handover, while ensuring health and safety, quality, constructability, and readiness. Coordinate with piping, equipment, and electrical/instrumentation leads, support constructability processes and reporting, manage walkdowns and punch lists, and lead “build it tight” and “build it clean” standards.
