Key Responsibilities

  • •Review production schedules and complete shift pass-over communications before beginning operations.
  • •Operate case-packing equipment and associated conveyors to maintain production requirements and meet quality standards.
  • •Perform equipment pre-start inspections, establish operating settings, and clear jams/interruption while minimizing downtime.
  • •Monitor packaging operations and perform quality checks on case seals, coding, weights, product flow, and rejected product.
  • •Complete documentation and shift pass-over activities, and support end-of-run cleanup, sanitation, and changeovers as assigned.
