Senior Technologist Dairy/Non-Dairy

Drive technical delivery of dairy and non-dairy innovation projects from concept through pilot and factory trials. Lead end-to-end product and process development, manage customer-facing projects, and provide technical consultation in the UK and internationally. Maintain accurate formulation and trial documentation while collaborating with sales, purchasing, quality, and development teams. Support scale-up and contribute to cost optimization through raw material substitution and continuous improvement.
