Cost Manager - Real Estate

Manage cost and procurement activities for real estate projects across South Yorkshire, advising clients and contractors on qualitative and commercial value. Support feasibility studies, create and present cost plans, handle tendering and pre-qualification, and manage post-contract cost variances and change control. Produce monthly cost reports, contribute to value engineering, and negotiate final accounts while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and other consultants.
