Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze enrichment data to identify where and why enrichment falls short, quantifying problems and building an evidence base.
  • •Surface opportunities from data patterns, recurring failure modes, and signals for new product builds.
  • •Define how proposed solutions should behave in practice, including inputs, failure modes, and trade-offs between accuracy, cost, and coverage.
  • •Build test harnesses and run evaluations (including LLM-as-judge approaches) to validate whether changes improve outcomes.
  • •Translate results into recommendations for what to build, why it matters, and what good looks like for Product and Engineering decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfortable writing code to explore data, clean outputs, call APIs, and prototype ideas (typically Python and SQL).
  • •Some experience working with LLM APIs, including prompting and structuring outputs.
  • •Ability to think in experiments: form hypotheses, design tests, and interpret results skeptically.
  • •Experience in an analytical or technical role (1–3 years), with fintech or banking experience a plus.
  • •Clear communication skills to explain findings and recommendations to engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.
