Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic reviews.
  • •Drive cross-selling through outside sales activities and engagement in community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Maintain confidentiality, provide guidance on sales/referral processes, and follow policies and procedures for opening/servicing retail products while mitigating fraud and risk.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
