Key Responsibilities

  • •Begin each day with the proper supplies and PPE to care for assigned patients.
  • •Use modern technology to access schedules and commute to patients’ homes for in-home visits.
  • •Provide patient-centric diagnostic and low-acuity care, including phlebotomy/specimen collection and related screenings (e.g., diabetic foot/retina exams and ECGs).
  • •Ensure samples are properly labeled and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Deliver warm, compassionate patient interactions and communicate clearly while operating autonomously to maintain quality care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion to deliver high-quality health services.
  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Meet clinical prerequisites including state required licensure/proof of training, Basic Life Support certification, and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance; pass national background check and DMV check.
