Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve the legal operating model, including intake SLAs, approval gates, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • •Own legal technology and AI initiatives: roadmap across intake/workflow, CLM, e-billing, knowledge management, and AI-assisted/agentic workflows.
  • •Run contract lifecycle and knowledge management, including intake/routing, templates, repository, and documentation retention processes.
  • •Design and improve legal intake and triage workflows to continuously improve classification, drafting, review, and closure.
  • •Manage outside counsel operations and legal budget, including billing guideline enforcement and spend reporting with Finance.
