Key Responsibilities

•Lead change management activities across Workday Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll.
•Create communication and adoption plans to support colleagues through change.
•Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and programme stakeholders to build awareness, readiness, and engagement.
•Develop change frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks usable across the organisation.
•Support training, business readiness, and post-go-live adoption for lasting success.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading change, communication, or adoption activities in HR, People Technology, or Workday transformation programmes.
•Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, or similar enterprise HR platforms.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust and influencing at all levels.
•Excellent communication skills, translating complex change into clear, engaging messages.
•A collaborative mindset and passion for helping people navigate change successfully.
