Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate the design, development, execution, and implementation of technology research projects focused on Generative AI and long-term GenAI agendas.
  • •Conduct research on agentic coding and commerce, AI agents, large language models, reasoning/planning, and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • •Design and explore AI model architectures, algorithms, and agentic workflows to improve reasoning, autonomy, reliability, efficiency, and task performance.
  • •Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts that turn research ideas into practical AI capabilities for developer productivity, commerce experiences, and workflow automation.
  • •Review academic and industry literature and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to move work toward scalable product or platform opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, or a highly quantitative field with strength in deep learning, machine learning, and statistical/mathematical analysis.

  • •Proficiency in Python and expertise with deep learning frameworks and large language models.
