Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong client experiences by engaging clients and teammates and delivering personalized financial wellness guidance.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and make customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business line partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation; assist with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience prioritized.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word, Excel).
