Develop and advance technology flows using Cadence tools, enabling benefits for customers. Collaborate with R&D and Foundry to deliver high-quality tools for shared customers. Work with R&D and Marketing to set business goals, strategy, plans, and priorities. Analyze and communicate complex technical issues, leading resolution for both customers and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the flow with Cadence tools to support advanced process technologies for customer benefit.
•Collaborate with R&D and Foundry to deliver high-quality Cadence tools to mutual customers.
•Align with R&D and Marketing on business goals, strategy, plan, and priorities.
•Analyze, communicate, and lead resolution of complex technical issues for customers and team members.
•Proactively seek additional information and use resources effectively to resolve issues and problems.

Key Requirements

•Good working knowledge of Cell-based flow.
•Experience with IR-Drop/EM/APR/Full layout (plus).
•Experience using Cadence Digital Design signoff tools such as Voltus and Quantus is preferred.
•Good command of both oral and written English is required.
•A good team player who is customer-focused.
