Key Responsibilities

  • •Own change safety in operations and act as a point person for issues and questions.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within your area of specialty.
  • •Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements to improve change safety.
  • •Improve tools, alerts, documentation, and procedures to support change safety.
  • •Collaborate with the global Change Safety Optimization team to maintain consistent workflows and participate in incident reduction and long-term troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent).
  • •Experience administering, monitoring, and resolving issues in a high-availability platform environment.
  • •Demonstrate experience with Linux/Unix systems and understanding of SQL and scripting languages.
  • •Be experienced in network technologies and internet protocols such as TCP/IP, WAN, and DNS.
  • •Be able to undergo or possess and maintain a successfully adjudicated USG Tier 3 background investigation.
