Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Global Monetization Integrity efforts by partnering on project readiness, delivery, and reporting. Create and manage labeling templates, SOPs, and live/practice/test queues, and help maintain the Golden Data Set used for exam creation. Monitor output quality against KPIs, perform queue health checks, and drive process improvements to maintain data accuracy and integrity while assisting training and development of the DUS team.

Key Responsibilities

•Cooperate with Piller DUS on project support and requirements; provide insights, RCA, and business metrics.
•Work with FA’s and DCC to apply labeling templates and criteria.
•Create and maintain SOPs throughout the project lifecycle, updating based on requirement changes or RCA feedback.
•Create live/practice/test/2RQA queues and support uploading and injection of pre-identified data sets; help create the Golden Data Set and link exam creation to it.
•Train/host/record SOP review and monitor quality of outputs against KPIs and standards, performing queue health checks and implementing process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•High oral and written proficiency in Russian and English for business communication and market-specific projects.
•Computer fluency with an understanding of software and advanced internet functions.
•Working experience in a major tech or social media company on labeling/model training, ads/content safety, training, or related experiences (plus).
•Proficient skills in MS Office; G-Suite preferred.
