Job Summary

Build and manage end-to-end relationships with private client customers using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess client financial wellness needs, gather and document client data, and deliver tailored recommendations by referring investment and insurance solutions. Meet individual sales and referral goals, develop a referral pipeline through centers of influence, and partner with branch and line-of-business teammates while ensuring compliance and supporting branch operations, including periodic Teller assistance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver plan-based financial advice by assessing client financial wellness needs, gathering and documenting client data, and providing tailored recommendations through investment and insurance referrals.
•Build and manage a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal/external centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to lead meaningful client conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations including Teller-line assistance as needed, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs (including occasional Saturday work).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology to educate clients on mobile/apps/web platforms (required).
