Own people strategy across workforce planning, org design, retention and engagement, and performance strategy. Partner with founders and execs using structured listening and people data to deliver weekly people-health insights. Oversee compensation philosophy (benchmarks, bands, equity refresh) and ensure multi-jurisdiction compliance while coaching managers and supporting employees confidentially.
