Key Responsibilities

•Build regional frameworks for partner segmentation, portfolio balancing, and feature rollouts to optimize commercial bandwidth and accelerate tool adoption.
•Design strategies and pilots to shift operations from manual/agent-assisted processes to scalable digital self-service solutions.
•Manage recurring target-setting cycles and translate financial priorities into team and individual KPIs across local markets.
•Design, simulate, and govern sales incentive programs (SIP) and self-booking targets to ensure fairness, profitability, and strategic alignment.
•Use data diagnostics to isolate performance bottlenecks, standardize cross-market workflows with repeatable playbooks, and align stakeholders across Product, Central Strategy, Finance, and Local Commercial teams to resolve execution blockers.

Key Requirements

•4–5+ years in commercial strategy, revenue/sales operations, strategic ops, product management, FP&A, or business analytics in tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
•Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align regional and country leadership without direct authority.
•Strong problem-solving with complex datasets, scenario modeling, and performance benchmarking (Advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL, BI tools, or Salesforce preferred).
•End-to-end program management experience from initiative design and pilot testing to multi-market rollout and post-launch optimization.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
