Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Prepare project scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification with clients.
  • •Run procurement activities including resource definition, request for proposals, bid evaluations, and recommendations to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements, ensuring project data integrity and coordinated, accurate, timely documentation.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans, track progress and report status/variances, and develop contingency plans to mitigate project threats.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Strong ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure experience.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Kahua or similar project management software, plus D365 or other ERP platforms.
  • •Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial-related calculations.
