Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with Financial Services clients and HR partner groups (people analytics, recruiting, compensation, tech talent, AR, diversity & inclusion) to execute people strategy, HR processes, and reporting.
  • •Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and align HR solutions to business imperatives.
  • •Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners on HR-related issues.
  • •Coach people managers on leadership skills, org design, and performance concerns using Capital One’s Include/Empower/Inspire framework.
  • •Provide strategic HR consulting and workforce planning within Financial Services, including performance/talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 5 years of client-facing experience OR at least 5 years of consulting experience OR a combination.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred).
  • •Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification (preferred).
