Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the post-petition supporter journey into clear chapters and ship email flows that re-engage petition signers while showcasing petition impact.
  • •Extend and apply the existing modular email system across automated emails, refreshing visuals and developing new brand-aligned templates with Marketing to improve performance.
  • •Deepen and evolve the visual identity of lifecycle emails by creating cohesive layouts, imagery, and reusable assets across journeys.
  • •Use AI-augmented creation to ideate and produce on-brand assets quickly while maintaining safety/quality guardrails and craft.
  • •Work cross-functionally, communicate design rationale, incorporate feedback, and champion design standards within lifecycle program constraints.
