•Generate new business leads and close deals.
•Effectively execute ADESA’s dealer sales strategy.
•Prospect, upsell, and manage accounts to drive vehicles sold and purchased.
•Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive manner.
•Demonstrate product and service knowledge while maximizing technology.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred; college education preferred.
•Proven success in outside B2B sales with territory management experience.
•Automotive experience preferred.
•Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
•Valid driver’s license; must be 18 years of age; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage metrics against aggressive targets.
