Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and support a team of rental technicians installing rental equipment at customer sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • •Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, test, start up, and commission rental HVAC equipment at customer locations.
  • •Serve as a direct point of contact for customers and rental account managers to ensure responsive, high-quality service.
  • •Complete job walks to understand job scope, site conditions, timelines, equipment needs, and installation requirements.
  • •Enforce safety procedures, PPE use, and safe operating practices while overseeing preventive maintenance and repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, installation, or rental equipment support.
  • •Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment, including chiller systems.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld technology such as smartphones and tablets.
  • •Valid driver’s license required; EPA certification required (additional trade-related certifications are a plus).
