Key Requirements

  • •2+ years working with low-voltage control circuits, including electrical diagnostics, logical troubleshooting, and system fault resolution.
  • •2+ years configuring, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting building automation systems (BAS) such as Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Siemens platforms.
  • •2+ years in HVAC Direct Digital Controls (DDC), including installation, startup, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting of HVAC control systems.
  • •2+ years with open-protocol building automation and integration technologies (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks/LonMark, Tridium, Echelon) to support multi-vendor systems.
  • •Ability to read blueprints and sequences of operation; high school diploma or GED.
