Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot network equipment, remove/replace defective equipment, and isolate/restore network service.
  • •Assist with installation/change/decommission and testing of next-generation technologies such as edge compute, wavelength, fiber optic transport, Ethernet, SONET, and IP layers.
  • •Install, activate, test, and maintain network services and telecommunications equipment.
  • •Perform basic troubleshooting and repair for customer and network service issues.
  • •Support outage response and service restoration, including participation in an on-call rotation.
