Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership for enterprise-scale ISSO/ISSE teams and related staff across ISaaS programs.
  • •Manage one or more ISaaS programs/projects, ensuring schedule, cost, scope, and performance objectives are met.
  • •Assess cybersecurity risks, apply RMF for authorization activities, continuous monitoring, and incident response.
  • •Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervision of ISaaS personnel; allocate staff based on risk and workload.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with DOJ, OCIO, ISRMU, and other Government stakeholders to coordinate cybersecurity operations and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior-level experience leading enterprise-scale cybersecurity, RMF, ISSO/ISSE, or information assurance programs
  • •Demonstrated expertise with NIST RMF, FISMA, and federal authorization processes
  • •Proven experience managing large, multi-team programs with budget, staffing, and performance accountability
  • •Experience serving as a primary technical liaison with senior Government stakeholders
  • •TS/SCI clearance and CISSP certification are required/preferred (as stated)
