Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, disassemble/assemble, repair, refurbish, overhaul, test, and install electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment and components
  • •Perform equipment performance analyses to support fault isolation, identification, and verification under variable conditions
  • •Support preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance (CMs) on FAA and interagency systems
  • •Install and maintain NAS radomes, tower components, and related communication and safety systems; perform work at heights
  • •Enter time into DCRS daily, prepare FAA/interagency assets for shipment, and keep crew leads informed of task status
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Diploma/GED with completion of formal technical training courses
  • •Required to successfully complete a physical fitness evaluation with specified weight restrictions (125–290 lbs)
  • •Ability to obtain NACI Clearance (public trust)
  • •Estimated travel up to 70%
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to provide two forms of unexpired identification
