Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to standardize, develop, update, and quality-assure information management products, tools, templates, SOPs, and guidance materials for emergency preparedness and response.
  • •Review existing information management products and reporting tools to identify gaps, duplications, inconsistencies, and opportunities for standardization and workflow improvement.
  • •Strengthen knowledge repositories and document management by organizing resources, supporting metadata/tagging and version control, and providing periodic updates on status, use, and gaps.
  • •Support documentation and dissemination of organizational learning by compiling lessons learned and good practices and preparing structured learning products and briefs.
  • •Support learning and capacity-building activities, including assessing learning needs, developing and quality-assuring training materials, and assisting with evaluation and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •First university degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Information Management, Knowledge Management, Health Informatics, or related areas.
  • •Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in information/knowledge management, public health, emergency preparedness and response, organizational learning, or capacity development.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing and managing information and knowledge products, including reports, technical briefs, SOPs, templates, guidance, and learning materials.
  • •Excellent technical writing, editing, proofreading, and documentation skills with strong ability to synthesize complex technical information clearly.
  • •English expert-level (reading, writing, speaking); Arabic intermediate or higher is highly desirable.
