Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply fertilizer and crop protection products under general supervision, including use of a high clearance sprayer or floater.
  • •Operate a sprayer/airflow machine while loading and applying products safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • •Work with customers courteously and professionally, educating them on products and field techniques.
  • •Assist sales staff by ensuring orders are correct and patron needs are met.
  • •Perform warehouse and labor duties including driving loaders/forklifts, loading/unloading inputs from railcars or trucks, deliveries, maintenance, grounds/equipment upkeep, inspections, record keeping.

Key Requirements
