  • •Implement and manage a Learning Management System for site departments.
  • •Assess technical proficiencies for hourly employees and deliver training via in-person, online, and self-directed methods.
  • •Coordinate onboarding with Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College and ensure training documentation compliance while participating in lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
  • •Onsite role with willingness to support pre- and post-shift training, weekends, and alternate schedules as needed.
  • •U.S. citizenship required for program/contract access authorization.
  • •Travel up to 10%.
  • •Train-the-Trainer certification and 3+ years of experience in technical training.
