Job Summary

Support industrial R&D by developing silicone formulations for textile substrates focused on durable oil & water repellency. Conduct laboratory experimentation, formulation screening, performance evaluation, and analyze structure–property relationships. Prepare samples, execute experimental plans under safety and good lab practices, manage and interpret experimental data, and report results through technical documentation and presentations while contributing to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare formulation samples and laboratory test materials.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, polymer science, or a related field.
•Hands-on laboratory mindset with good working knowledge of English.
•Ability to start between August and October 2026 and complete a three-month internship.
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a scientific mindset.
•Independently manage assigned work packages.
