Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal advice/opinion in corporate, foreign business, consumer protection and e-commerce matters for Delivery Hero entities in Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
•Draft, review, evaluate risk factors and provide solutions regarding commercial-related agreements for Delivery Hero entities in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar.
•Conduct research on legal issues and share knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.
•Support Lead, Regional and Global team members on assigned projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Law (Master’s degree in Law is preferable)
•At least 4 years of working experience
•Law firm and FMCG experience is preferable, but not required
•Excellent knowledge and understanding of laws and procedures, e.g., e-commerce, contract, corporation, consumer protection etc.
•Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication)
