Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic initiatives for inbound transport operations, including new warehouse transport flows, onboarding logistics service providers, and scaling direct ship.
•Lead and optimize inbound delivery performance for a specific market, ensuring timely and cost-effective product flows and adherence to SLAs and lead-time benchmarks.
•Establish partnerships with logistics service providers and internal functions (regional operations, customs, supply planning) to proactively mitigate supply chain disruptions.
•Co-lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to evaluate KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and hold stakeholders accountable.
•Standardize, align, and re-assess global transport operations requirements across providers and destinations while sharing best practices.

Key Requirements

•A degree in business, economics, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations; MBA is a plus.
•+7 years of experience in global transport operations, ideally in apparel/fashion supply chain management or freight forwarding/carrier operations.
•Extensive operational knowledge across airfreight, seafreight, truck, and courier services.
•Strong analytical, structured, and data-driven mindset, with excellent communication (oral and written).
•Proficiency in English; ability to deliver in changing environments under limited guidance.
