Job Summary

Support and optimize SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) solutions that power critical business operations. Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements, design SAP solutions, and deliver enhancements. Tackle incident resolution and complex Level 3 issues, lead SAP implementation activities (upgrades, change requests), and ensure strong governance, validation, and compliance. Participate in testing, data migration, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare.
