•Build and implement robust automated systems for development, verification, and deployment to ensure quality and performance.
•Develop and own the reference environment where Lattice workflows are verified ahead of release.
•Define, build, and maintain full-stack test environments, including hardware-in-the-loop systems, with awareness of performance on physical hardware and resource optimization.
•Design and implement software interfaces and product features that enable seamless end-to-end testing across complex systems.
•Drive continuous performance testing integration into CI/CD pipelines, enforcing performance baselines and reliability engineering practices to prevent regressions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

•15+ years building automated verification suites at scale.
•Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), SRE principles, and automated testing frameworks.
•Deep experience with frontend and backend services/architectures at scale across the software development lifecycle.
•Hands-on automation of hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and software-in-the-loop (SITL) for production release processes.
•Proficiency in Python for automation, plus containerization workflows and Terraform experience.
