Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own low-level validation firmware in C/C++ across emulation and physical silicon, providing test content pre-silicon and reusing it for post-silicon bring-up.
  • •Drive early bring-up of first silicon including boot, initialization, feature enablement, and debugging of ASICs.
  • •Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis and resolution of silicon failures across firmware, RTL, electrical, protocol, and system levels.
  • •Build firmware infrastructure (HALs and low-level device drivers) and validation automation, including result-capture and regression frameworks using CI/CD.
  • •Author firmware-driven test plans with coverage metrics and execute functional, performance, and stress/corner-case testing on pre- and post-silicon platforms.
