Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify issues and drive improvement activities related to lot start and wafer inventory management.
  • •Improve management methods for test wafers and collaborate with related departments to develop new lots for daily qualification.
  • •Monitor demand and usage of recycled/reclaimed wafers to reduce TW cost, calling out issues or proposing improvements.
  • •Analyze issues in FOUP management methods and plan/implement improvements to enhance automated transport efficiency within the site.
  • •Execute wafer shipment planning to overseas sites based on the site’s production plan and establish best known methods for deployment across sites.
