Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate solution-level planning and synchronization ceremonies (Pre/Post-PI, Coach Sync/Scrum of Scrums, Solution Sync) to align delivery across ARTs.
  • •Coordinate cross-ART execution, including movement of work across ARTs and epic delivery spanning multiple teams.
  • •Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-ART risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and escalated impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
  • •Own solution-level metrics and reporting (flow, velocity, health) and promote quality practices including continuous integration, automated testing, and DevOps.
  • •Coordinate release management across Agile Release Trains and facilitate the solution-level Inspect & Adapt (I&A) event.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in technical program management, SDLC operations, or Agile leadership.
  • •Proven ability to facilitate PI and Readiness, including establishing and communicating annual iteration calendars at the portfolio level.
  • •Awareness of ART-level PI objectives within the value stream and the ability to align strategy and execution with stakeholders.
  • •Track record of solving complex problems, escalating, and tracking impediments to protect solution delivery.
  • •Experience applying Agile at Scale concepts to manage aligned capabilities across a value stream.
