Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support Epic security models, roles, profiles, security classes, and access controls.
  • •Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, and user access issues, including privileged and sensitive access management.
  • •Integrate Epic with enterprise IAM solutions (Active Directory/Entra ID, SailPoint/Saviynt, ServiceNow) and support joiner-mover-leaver automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • •Support and troubleshoot SSO and authentication flows (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, federation), analyzing tokens/certificates/conditional access.
  • •Lead resolution of critical Epic IAM and security incidents (P1/P2/P3), perform RCA, and implement preventive solutions including automation.

  • •5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Administration, or Healthcare IT Security.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting Epic Security and Access Management.
  • •Hands-on experience with Epic Security (roles, profiles, security classes, access controls) and Microsoft Active Directory & Entra ID.
  • •Experience supporting SSO and IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, and federation services.
