Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance and specialized assistance to resolve difficult and complex project control problems.
  • •Serve as client interface by attending regular meetings and delivering strategy-type recommendations for decision-making.
  • •Advise on program master coding architecture, integration of functional requirements, and development of scalable reporting systems.
  • •Develop and implement project controls procedures for schedule, cost, earned value, risk, and change management; oversee preparation and progress of the Master Development Schedule.
  • •Manage project controls specialists, assess impacts of design/construction changes and schedule slippages, oversee PMIS reporting, and coordinate staffing, training, performance reviews, and development goals.
