Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain vendor accounts in line with company policy.
  • •Review submitted payment requests to ensure suppliers’ requests follow governing policies and procedures.
  • •Perform assigned vendor account reconciliations and follow up as needed.
  • •Review staff Travel & Expense (T&E) reimbursement claims according to company policy.
  • •Monitor monthly vendor aging, process invoice booking/payment (e.g., GRN), and resolve/escalate supplier queries/complaints per agreed SLA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
  • •0 to 2 years of Finance experience, including some Accounts Payables experience.
  • •Availability of People with Diverse Abilities Government Card; if not, highlight it in the application.
