Key Responsibilities

•Identify, activate, and engage high-potential Suno-native users and developing creatives and artists into retentive communities.
•Provide one-to-many support, education, and resources to creatives.
•Evolve programs from manual sourcing to scalable, system-driven models and build support systems (workflows, onboarding, FAQs, help resources, office hours, community touchpoints).
•Monitor program health and iterate on mechanics to ensure a consistent, high-quality creator experience at scale.
•Translate creator questions, product friction, and community feedback into insights for cross-functional teams and partner with Creator Operations to improve tracking, tooling, automations, ticketing systems, and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in community management, creator management, or program management at a tech or creator platform.
•Experience scaling high-volume workflows across large user bases.

•Experience working with CRMs and operational tooling with a focus on workflow design.
•Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguous, early-stage processes into structured systems.
