Job Summary

Lead the development of Tax and FCP reporting solutions within SEB’s Finance and Risk Tribe, working with an agile delivery team to maximize value for stakeholders. Own and communicate the product backlog, drive transparent prioritization, and coordinate dependencies across product owners and teams. Manage and support stakeholders, evaluate delivery progress, and contribute to the strategic agenda by staying current with trends and developments.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, clarify, and communicate product backlog items.
•Lead transparent prioritization and serve as the primary interface between the delivery team and the wider organization.
•Support and manage stakeholders and bring their voice to the delivery team.
•Oversee team development and evaluate product development progress.
•Coordinate deliveries and dependencies with other product owners and teams, and stay up to date with relevant trends to contribute to the strategic agenda.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,500 - 6,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Lead in a similar role, with advantage in Finance, Financial Crime Prevention (FCP), Regulatory Reporting, or Data areas.
•Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
•Strategic thinking with an innovative mindset.
•Strong ownership, responsibility, and strong analytical skills.
•Proficiency in written and spoken English for working with Baltics and collaborating with Baltic teams.
